Procursa
Who's behind this

One person. Real documents. Not automated output.

Procursa is a one-person operation. Every application goes through me — not an agency, not a pool of freelancers.

Anton Shakin, the person behind Procursa.

Read the posting first. Build second. Check it myself.

I use AI tools to analyse the job posting quickly and produce an initial draft. Then I revise that draft by hand: checking it for accuracy, adjusting the tone to match the sector, and making sure it reflects the facts you've given me. Everything that goes out, I've read.

The format behind the process: German, English, and Russian, DIN 5008 German-standard formatting, with a score system that tells you before you pay whether the posting and your profile are actually a match.

Three languages, one standard

German, English, Russian. The same care in each.

A CV formatted for the international market and a CV following DIN 5008 are two different documents. I build the German-market version from scratch, not a word-for-word transfer. For Russian-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking applicants, that means your profile isn't translated: it's restructured for this application culture.

I was born in Moscow, grew up in New York, and have lived in Leipzig since 2003. I work in German, English, and Russian.

We use AI as a production tool for job-posting analysis, keyword mapping, structural suggestions, and quality checks. Every final application is reviewed by a human editor, checked for accuracy, and built exclusively from the facts you have provided. No invented positions. No mass-applying. No automatic submission without your approval.

The tailored AI systems behind it are built by antomata. Every application is checked and finalised by Procursa, and we show openly where AI helped.
