Our process reads the job posting through a recruiter-screening lens (the same kind of automated filtering software that German employers use to sort CVs before a human ever sees them). We extract the key terms and match them against your profile. You get two scores: a keyword-match score (0–100) and a job-fit score (0–100), each with a short plain-language comment. If the numbers look good, we continue. If they don't, you know that before any money changes hands.
Both scores are not a promise of any particular outcome. They are an honest tool so you can make an informed decision.
