Does Procursa guarantee a job or an interview?
No. Procursa is a coaching and materials service, not an employment placement agency. We improve your documents and your strategy. Whether an application leads to an interview depends on many factors (the market, the role, the timing) that we don't control. We build the best possible next step. You take it.
Is Procursa a recruitment or placement agency?
No. We create application documents, run strategy and coaching sessions, and provide research on potential employers. We do not introduce candidates to specific employers for placement purposes, we do not charge success fees, and we do not accept fees from employers for a hire. The application and the decision to send it belong entirely to you.
Is there any public funding available — for example through the Jobcenter or an AVGS voucher?
Not at this time. Procursa is not AZAV-certified and does not accept AVGS vouchers. (AVGS, the Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein, is a funding voucher issued by the German Federal Employment Agency; it can only be redeemed with providers holding AZAV accreditation, which Procursa does not hold at launch.) Please plan to cover the cost yourself.
How is AI used?
We use AI as a production tool for job-posting analysis, keyword mapping, structural suggestions, and quality checks. Every final application is reviewed by a human editor, checked for accuracy, and built exclusively from the facts you have provided. No invented positions. No mass-applying. No automatic submission without your approval. In short: AI for analysis and the first draft; a human for the final review. The tailored AI systems behind it are built by antomata. Every application is checked and finalised by Procursa, and we show openly where AI helped.
What happens to my data?
Your CV and job posting are transferred encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) and processed exclusively on infrastructure within the EU, for the duration of your engagement only. Thirty days after delivery, all your documents are deleted unless a follow-up engagement is active. Your data is never used for AI training, a portfolio, or Procursa case studies without your explicit written consent. Details: /en/privacy.
Which languages do you work in?
German, English, Russian. Ukrainian and Spanish on request (+€40 per package, with native-speaker review on the final version).
How long does it take?
Single application: 3 working days (standard) or 48 hours with rush delivery. Application kit: 7 working days (standard) or 5 days with rush. 14-day companion: 14 calendar days of support. We give you a window and stick to it.
What do I actually receive?
Depending on the package: a rewritten CV and cover letter tailored to a specific posting, plus your keyword-match and job-fit scores. Delivered as PDF, DOCX, and plain text. Two rounds of revisions. The application kit adds a profile rewrite, strategy call, and seven researched employer profiles. The 14-day companion adds ten fully written applications, interview preparation, and 14 days of async support.
Can't I just do this myself?
You can. And if you'd like a quick read on where you stand, we show you the scores before you commit to anything. That way you see what's working and what isn't, with no obligation.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Before work starts: full refund. After the intake form is complete but before the first draft: 50%. After the first draft is delivered: no refund; revision rounds still apply within the agreed window. For quality concerns, revisions are the resolution mechanism.
