At every level, Procursa works by the same principle: one application for one posting, built to speak the language that applicant tracking systems and recruiters read on the first pass. What changes between packages is scope: how many postings, how much strategic work, how much ongoing support.

All three packages include:

Keyword-match and job-fit scores (each 0–100), free of charge and visible before you pay. The job-fit score is our own professional assessment. Not a test result, not a prediction.
AI-supported production, reviewed by a human. Revision rounds included (single application and kit: two rounds; companion: up to two per application).
Delivery as PDF, DOCX, and plain text. For German-language applications, the cover letter follows DIN 5008, the German business-letter standard.

What no package includes: an introduction to employers or a guaranteed outcome. Where and when you apply stays entirely with you.

The 14-day companion

Fourteen days. Ten applications. Continuous support.

Everything in the application kit, plus ten fully written applications for ten postings of your choice, interview preparation notes for each, two strategy calls, and 14 days of async support (Telegram or email, reply within 12 hours on working days). We sharpen the shortlist together by fit; which postings make the list, and where each application goes, stays your call. On day 14 we review what worked, what didn't, and what the next cadence should be.

Ten fully written applications (CV variant + cover letter + portfolio links where relevant) for ten postings of your choice.
Interview preparation notes for each application: 5–10 likely first-round questions, suggested answer frameworks (STAR, motivational, behavioural), and three questions for you to ask the employer.
Two 30-minute strategy calls by video or audio (typically one at the start, one mid-engagement for course correction).
14 days of async support in text form (Telegram or email), reply within 12 hours on working days.

How it runs, and how you pay

What happens after you send the posting.

You send us the job posting and your CV. The score check beforehand is free of charge and non-binding. No contract comes into being at that stage.
You receive your keyword-match score and your job-fit score, each with a short explanation. The job-fit score is our own professional assessment. Not a test result, not a prediction.
If you say yes, we send an order confirmation with the fixed price. Payment is by SEPA bank transfer, in advance. We never ask for card details, and you do not create an account.
Then we work within the delivery window of the package you chose: single application 3 working days, 48 hours with express. Application kit 7 working days, 5 days with express.

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If you expressly ask us to start before that period is over, the right lapses once we have performed in full, and if you withdraw while the work is running you pay for the part already performed. The details are in our terms, § 7.

For all packages

No German? Not a problem.

You do not need to speak German to apply on the German market. Tell us about your background in whatever language sits well with you, whether that is English, Russian, Ukrainian, or Spanish. We build the German application from what you give us, written from scratch and finalised by a person. The "Translation only" add-on is the cheaper route if you already have a finished, approved German version in hand.

Data handling

You upload your CV and the job posting via a secure intake form. The transfer is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS); your documents are processed exclusively on infrastructure within the EU, for the duration of your engagement only. Thirty days after delivery, all your documents are deleted unless a follow-up engagement is active; documents from a free score check that doesn't become an order are deleted after 30 days as well. Your data is never used for AI training, a portfolio, or Procursa case studies without your explicit written consent. Details: /en/privacy.

Languages

We deliver applications in German or English: German for the German market, English for international firms. You can tell us about your background in German, English, Russian, Ukrainian, or Spanish.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation before work starts: full refund.
Cancellation after order confirmation and payment, but before the first draft is delivered: 50% refund.
Cancellation after the first draft is delivered: no refund; revision rounds still apply within the agreed window.
For quality concerns, revision rounds are the resolution mechanism, not refunds.

None of the Procursa packages falls under Annex III of the EU AI Act: the AI processes your documents, not an employer's hiring decision. If a request moves in that direction (for example: "an AI agent that auto-applies on my behalf to employer-side sorting algorithms"), we handle it case by case and do not quote on it without a direct conversation.

Before you book

What to know before you book.

Can I not just do this with ChatGPT?

You can. We work with AI ourselves and disclose it on every deliverable. The difference is not the tool, it is the rework: a person reads the posting, checks your facts, and works the draft through before delivery so that it sounds like you and not like a standard text. After that come the two agreed rounds of corrections. Recruiters do not react to "AI". They react to writing that is generic, overstated, or a poor fit for the person. That is what we take out. That is our working position from practice, not a study.

Why not use a free template?

A template does not know your posting. Every order here starts with the original text of the job ad, not with an empty form. Then there is German form convention: DIN 5008 governs the cover letter as a business letter, and internationally built templates often get that detail wrong. What if the scores come out low?

Then we say so and explain what can be done about it. You see both scores free of charge before you decide. If you stop there, it costs you nothing: the score check before a contract is free of charge and non-binding.

Do I get a guarantee?

No, and we say so before you buy rather than after. Procursa is a coaching and document-production service, not job placement. We promise no interview and no hire. What you get: a fixed price, a clearly defined scope, and documents a person stands behind.
